Why subscribe?

What this is: I read the actual documents — CMS filings, plan policies, denial letters, appeal procedures — and translate them into plain language, because the system counts on you not having the time or the jargon to fight back.

What this isn’t: I don’t sell anything. No affiliate links, no sponsored placements, no telehealth referrals. If a program or a company comes up, it’s because the facts put it there, not because anyone paid for the mention.

Who’s behind this: My day job is unrelated to healthcare. What I bring is a background in reading dense, self-interested technical documents for a living and telling people what they actually say.

You have more leverage in this system than you’ve been told. This is where you go to use it.
